+++ INTRACOM has undertaken a $1,6 M dollar project for
Umniah Company of Jordan. +++
INTRACOM signed a $1.6M contract with UMNIAH Mobile
Company for the provision of an "Integrated Billing and Customer
Care Solution". UMNIAH Mobile Company is a new mobile operator addressed
to companies and home users in Jordan.
Within the framework of the agreement, apart from the
software, INTRACOM provided implementation and configuration services.
The entire solution was deployed within 4 months. Furthermore, INTRACOM
will be providing support services for a period of 3 years.
The solution offered is based on BCCS, the INTRACOM
own billing platform. It comprises of services to support end-to-end billing
for Umniah's post-paid subscribers, customer management, rating, invoicing,
payment processing, resource management (i.e., SIM cards, vouchers etc.)
and interconnect business for both post and prepaid subscribers.
The solution offered will assist UMNIAH in its effort
to achieve customer loyalty through accurate invoicing and the launch
of innovative products and commercial policies.
INTRACOM has longstanding experience in designing and
implementing billing and customer care solutions for telecom operators,
by selecting optimum products and customizing them to customers' business
environment. INTRACOM has an active presence in the M. East market and
is in a position to cater for a telecom operator's current and future
needs.
