+++ Announcement +++
It is announced that, further to the bankruptcy application that Teledome S.A recorded on 15/12/2008, and in view of its operations' impendent discontinuation, INTRACOM HOLDINGS will proceed in full impairment of the Teledome's shares cost value of amount €9,3 million. Impairment loss will impact the current period income statement.
Additionally, Group is intending to recognize increased provisions for impairment of customers' and other debtors' receivables, up to amount €18 million approximately. (Total receivables, as at 30/09/08: €382 million), due to the unfavorable financial circumstances.
