+++ Own share purchase review for the time period 11/07/2007 until 11/10/2007 +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, following the 29/06/2007 Announcement on the purchase of own shares, hereby notifies the investing public that in the framework of the 29/06/2007 shareholders' Annual General Meeting resolution, the Company has not proceeded with the purchase of own shares in the period of time between 11/07/2007 until 11/10/2007 inclusive.
Subsequently, the total number of own shares that the Company holds remains at 1.680.836 shares (1,26% of the Company's share capital), 365.726 of which, that is 0,27% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 30/06/2005 AGM resolution and the remaining 1.315.110 own shares, that is 0,99% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 28/06/2006 AGM resolution.
