+++ Sale of own shares +++
INTRACOM announces that according to article 16, paragraph
13, of Law 2190/20, the Company sold 3.030.430 own shares, on Thursday
February 17th, 2005, as previously announced on February 16th,
2005, at a sale price of €4,52 per share.
The Company had acquired these shares according to the resolution
of the Shareholders' General Meetings on 19.03.2002, 14.03.2003 and 05.04.2004, during the period from
02.01.2003 until 02.09.2004.
