+++ Sale of own shares through Athens Stock Exchange +++
INTRACOM's Board of Directors announces that during its
meeting on 14/02/2005 decided to sell 3,030,430 own shares, according to article 16 paragraph 3 of Law 2190/20.
The sale will take place between 17/02/2005 and 17/05/2005. The minimum price has been set at €4.52
per share.
