+++ Update on the Company's Voluntary Redundancy Program

Following the Company's
previous announcements on its Voluntary Redundancy Program, which ended
on 22/12/2004, the Company announces that 421 employees participated in
this Program, whereas the related cost of their resignations will reach
approximately € 13 million.
