+++ Resignation of Mr. J. Kalogeras +++
The Company hereby announces, in accordance with no
5/204/14.11.2000 resolution of the Capital Market's Committee's Board
of Directors, that following the resignation of Mr. John Kalogeras, General
Manager Operations & Business Support Systems, as of today the position
is filled by Mr. Lazaros Lentzaris, Deputy General Manager.
