+++ Notification of differentiation of shareholder's voting
right percentage, according to Presidential Decree 51/1992 +++
In accordance with Presidential Decree 51/92, as this
is valid after its amendment, the Company hereby announces that according
to FIDELITY INVESTMENTS 01/10/2004 fax, the voting right percentage of:
- Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMR Co.),
- Fidelity International Limited (FIL),
was differentiated due to the 30/09/2004 transaction of the Company's
shares. As a consequence, INTRACOM's participation has descended to under 5%
and currently amounts to 4,92%. It should be noted that according to FIDELITY INVESTMENTS 23.02.2004
letter, at that time their participation percentage amounted to 5,12%.
