+++ Inception of negotiations for new stocks +++
The Company announces that from Friday the 14th of February
2003, the negotiation of the 4,044,784 new Common Registered Shares will
commence in the Athens Stock Exchange with a Nominal value of 2.11 EURO
each. These stocks have derived from the increase of the share capital,
after exercising stock options from the total of 1,354 beneficiaries,
according to the resolution of the Shareholders General Assembly on the
28/06/2000, 18/07/2001 and 12/06/2002.
Specifically, the above-mentioned new shares have derived
form exercising 3,457,188 stock options, of EURO 2.61 each and 587,596
stock options, of EURO 2.93 each. The new shares will be intangible and
will be credited on the 14th February 2003 in the Lot and Values Account
of the Intangible Securities System, which the beneficiaries stated during
their registration in the share capital increase. On that same date (14/02/2003)
the company's shares will be negotiated in the Athens Stock Exchange.
