+++ Announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange +++
Today's Extraordinary General Assembly of INTRACOM
shareholders, elected a new 11-member Board of Directors, which was composed
as a body and is as follows:
1. Socrates Kokkalis, Chairman of the B.o.D., Session
Member
2. Konstantinos Dimitriadis, 1st Vice Chairman of the B.o.D., Session
Member
3. Konstantinos Tsoukalidis, 2nd Vice Chairman of the B.o.D., Session
Member
4. Feroniki Tzavella, 3rd Vice Chairman of the B.o.D., Session Member
5. Georgios Deligiannis, Managing Director, Session Member
6. Dimitrios Klonis, Director, Session Member of B.o.D.
7. Christos Chatoupis, Director, Session Member of B.o.D.
8. Georgios Anninos, Director, Non-Session Member of B.o.D.
9. Dr. Volker Jung, Director, Independent Non-session Member
10. Prof. Christos Chalkias, Director, Independent Non-session Member
11. Dimitrios Chatzigrigoriadis, Director, Independent Non-session Member
The term of the above Board of Directors is five years.
In compliance with the Greek Law (Article no. 3 of 3016/2002), the General
Assembly appointed -from the above elected members- Dr. Volker Jung, Prof.
Christos Chalkias and Dimitrios Chatzigrigoriadis, as Independent non-session
Members of the Board of Directors.
