+++ Composition of an affiliate company in Moscow +++
In compliance with article 4 of the Capital Market Commission's Board
of Directors Regulation 5/204/14.11.2000 on disclosure requirements from
Companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, it is reported that INTRACOM
proceeded with the composition, by 100%, of a Limited Liability Affiliate
Company, under the title "INTRACOM SVYAZ" LLC, based in Moscow,
and with its main object of activity lying in the field of telecommunications
and informatics.
Furthermore, INTRACOM's participation in the share capital composition
of INTRACOM BULGARIA came to 70%, as compared to the former 100%, following
the increase of the latter's share capital and its transformation into
a One-person Limited Liability Company. INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. now
holds the remaining share capital percentage.
