INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces, pursuant to articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors, that Mr. Socrates P. Kokkalis, Chairman & CEO of the Company's Board of Directors (as person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded with the sale of 50.000 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value €181.000 on 21/12/2007.
