In December 2005 INTRACOM was transformed to a holding company and three new subsidiaries were established: INTRACOM TELECOM, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES. As from Monday 23rd of January 2006, the Company name at the Athens Exchange changed to "INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A." with the distinctive title "INTRACOM HOLDINGS".

Mr. Sergey Aslanian, Chairman

Mr. Sergey Aslanian was born in 1973. He has served as Vice President for Network and Information Technology at Mobile TeleSystems OJSC ("MTS") since July 2006, prior to which he was MTS Vice President for Information Technology from December 2003. Mr. Aslanian worked as Deputy Director of Information Technologies at "TNK-BP Management" (formerly OJSC Tyumenskaya Oil Company) between 2001 and 2003, having been a Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 1997 until 2001. Mr. Aslanian graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in mathematics.


Mr. Constantinos Dimitriadis, Vice Chairman

Mr. Constantinos Dimitriadis was born in Patras, Greece, and holds an M.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is co-founder and second major shareholder of the INTRACOM Group. From 1977 to 2003 he served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of numerous companies of the Group. Mr. Dimitriadis is currently Vice-Chairman of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES, Chairman of HELLAS ON LINE, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of INTRACOM IT SERVICES, and an executive member on the Board of Directors of various companies of the Group. He is also co-founder and second major shareholder of INTRALOT S.A. Mr. Dimitriadis is the founder of the "Science Education Centre", a non profit-making, public welfare institution, established in 1999, with an aim to promote innovative methods in the teaching of Mathematics and Physical Sciences. Mr. Dimitriadis is also a major sponsor of numerous cultural and educational institutions, including the Athens Concert Hall and the "Athens Filekpedeftiki Eteria - Arsakeia Tositseia Schools". Mr. Dimitriadis is fluent in German and English.


Mr. Alexandros - Stergios Manos, CEO

Mr. Manos holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Business Economics from Brown University and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Mr. Manos joined INTRACOM in 1998. In January 2002, Mr. Manos joined CONKLIN CORPORATION, an INTRACOM subsidiary in Atlanta, GA, U.S., and was appointed CEO in December 2002. In March 2004 Mr. Manos was appointed General Manager of the Corporate Marketing and International Operations Service Unit, and in January 2005 Executive Director of the Telecommunications Systems Sector. In January 2006 Mr. Manos was appointed CEO of INTRACOM TELECOM.


Mr. Armen Isaakyan, 1st Deputy CEO

Mr. Armen Isaakyan was born in 1979. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the State Financial Academy in Moscow and an MBA degree from the London Business School. From 1998 to 2003, he held various managerial positions in the Marriott Hotels Corp. From 2003 to 2006, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer in FCB MA Media Arts Advertising and Media group of companies. In 2008, he joined Sitronics Telecom Solutions serving as the Chief Financial Officer.


Mr. Vasily Dragalov, Director

Mr. Vasily Dragalov was born in Moscow in 1950. He graduated from D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in Moscow. In 1979 he got his first Ph.D. degree and in 1991 he acquired his second doctorate thesis. In 1982 he became Assistant Professor and in 1991 Professor. He has more than one hundred scientific publications and patents. In 1988 he was awarded the Prize of K. Korber "For Development of European Science". In 1994 he joined JSFC SISTEMA, initially as Head of a consulting company for innovative projects. In 1995 he was appointed Vice-President of the Concern " Scientific Center" specializing in microelectronics. From June 1997 to December 2001, he held a position as SISTEMA's Vice-President for Investments & Development. Since 1999 he is coordinator for SISTEMA - SIEMENS joint projects. In 2002 he was relocated to Berlin as SISTEMA'S representative in Germany and General Director of Zeta GmbH. Since 2005 he is coordinator of SISTEMA -INTRACOM projects.


Mr. Alexander Krasovsky, Director

Mr. Krasovsky was born in 1974. He graduated from Labour and Social relations Academy, qualification "Finance and Credit". From 1996 to 1998 he was a sales manager in AT&T (Lucent Technologies), later in Avaya Company. From 1998 to 2001 he was a senior adviser for sales in EMEA region in Avaya headquarters, Wien ( Austria) and was in charge of sales training of company's solutions. From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Krasovsky was Head of Sales Group of Avaya CRM Solutions in Central and East Europe and CIS countries. From 2005 to 2006 - chief sales officer, Avaya ( Russia). From 2006 to 2007 - vice-president for business development, BAC/StepLogic. In November, 2007 Mr. Krasovsky was appointed as vice-president for sales and marketing in Sitronics.


Mr. Pavel Pavlovsky, Director

Mr. Pavlovsky was born in 1969, in Leningrad, Russia. From 2007 to 2008, he served as Vice President of "MTS-Ukraine" and "MTS-Foreign Subsidiaries". From 2005 to 2007, he served as Director of "MTS-Foreign Subsidiaries". From 2003 to 2005, he served as Director of Corporate Development department at MTS. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Pavlovsky worked as an independent consultant. From 2000 to 2002, he was a Senior Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting in London. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Pavlovsky worked as a consultant at A. T. Kearney consultancy in St. Petersburg and Moscow. He is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University and holds an MBA degree from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.


Mr. Mikhail Minkovsky, Director

Mr. Minkovsky was born in 1967. Previously, he served as the Head of Technology Architecture Department of Mobile TeleSystems. Mr. Minkovsky held a number of IT positions in several companies in the USA and Russia. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Minkovsky managed the implementation of the infrastructure platform at Corio Inc., USA, and then headed the Business Technologies department of TNK-BP. From 1997 to 2001, he worked as a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Minkovsky worked in the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Science. Mr. Minkovsky is a graduate of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute.


Dr. Nikolaos-Socrates Labroukos, Director

Mr. Labroukos holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School and a Ph.D. from London Business School. He has been Research Fellow at London Business School and Visiting Assistant Professor at Athens University of Economics and Business. He has authored a series of articles in refereed management journals. Mr. Labroukos is the Chairman and Managing Director of the consulting firm BPM SA and specialises in project management, strategic and business planning, internal systems and processes design, organisational restructuring and redesign, human resources management and investment appraisal. Mr. Labroukos has been a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRAKAT since 2001, of INTRACOM HOLDINGS since February 2006, of INTRACOM IT SERVICES since May 2006, and of INTRACOM TELECOM since July 2006. In July 2006 he was also appointed Deputy CEO of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.


Dr. Dimitrios Klonis, Director

Mr. Klonis holds a Ph. D. degree in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of education awards and scholarships from the Greek government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. Mr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist at the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, an Assistant Professor at Deree College from 1987 to 1997, and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance and Administration and has been the INTRACOM Group's Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors since October 1995. Mr. Klonis was elected a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in February 2006 and INTRACOM TELECOM in July 2006, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS in February 2006. Mr. Klonis also held the position of Vice Chairman of the INTRACOM Group from March 2004 to February 2006. Mr. Klonis is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the companies UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS S.A., both of which are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, and a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM's subsidiaries, as well as of INTRALOT and OMEGA BANK S.A.


Mr. Ioannis Zafiratos, Director

Mr. Zafiratos was born on 1964 in Athens. He holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Economics from the Department of International Economic Relations of the Saint Petersburg State University, Russia. He joined INTRACOM Group in 1992 and he was soon after relocated to Moscow where he worked as a Project Manager in the International Operations Department of INTRACOM S.A. Since 1993 he has held senior positions, including Financial Director, COO, and Board Member, in subsidiary start-ups of INTRALOT S.A. in Russia and Poland.  Since 2004 he serves as Director of INTRALOT S.A. for the Russian Federation and CIS countries. In July 2006 he was elected a member of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors, and in August 2006 he was appointed Representative of INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A. in the Russian Federation.
